I work from the Soutpansberg in Limpopo, with clients across South Africa.
I build websites, automations and AI agents for small businesses — the kind of business where the owner is also the admin department, the marketing department and the person who does the quotes at nine at night.
Most of what eats a week isn’t complicated, it’s just unattended. A quote retyped into an invoice. A follow-up nobody sent. A stock count done on paper and typed up twice. My work is finding those, doing them properly, and handing them back working.
I’d rather ship one thing that works than a plan for five that don’t. That’s the whole philosophy, and it’s why the projects here are small, visible and yours.
How I work
Three rules I don’t break.
Small first
The smallest piece that returns something real, proving itself before anything is built on top of it.
Plain language
You shouldn’t need a glossary to approve an invoice. No jargon, no acronyms, no theatre.
You own it
Domains, hosting, accounts and data in your name from the start, with the logins to prove it.
Honest about what’s worth doing, and what isn’t.
