What I do
Three things, done properly — websites, automations and AI agents for small businesses.
Websites
A site that loads fast, reads clearly and says what you actually do.
Most small-business sites are built for someone else’s budget and someone else’s idea of what a website looks like. I build them by hand, on purpose: clean pages, real words, no page-builder bloat, nothing you can’t edit yourself afterwards.
You get the design files, the domain, the hosting and a login. When it’s done it’s yours — and if you’d rather I kept it updated, I do that too.
Automations
The weekly admin that shouldn’t need a human.
Quotes, invoices, follow-ups, order confirmations, stock counts, statements, reminders, reports. If you do it every week and it follows the same steps every time, it can run itself — and send you a note when something unusual happens instead of leaving you to check.
I start with one of them, prove it works on your real data, then connect the next. You keep seeing the same numbers, they just arrive without you retyping them.
AI agents
A helper that works inside your own systems.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. An agent with access to your documents, your records and your inbox — so it can read what came in, draft the reply, update the record and show you exactly what it did.
Every change is logged, every action is one you can undo, and access is granted and revoked by you. That part matters more than the cleverness.
If you do it every week, it can be automated.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s what the first call is for. Bring the mess as it is — I’ll tell you what’s worth doing first, and what isn’t worth doing at all.
